The 3-Week Curriculum in a nutshell

As soon you sign up to the Challenge, you will receive a comprehensive Challenge Guide and Recipes book, that allows you properly prepare for the start! You will find info on the challenge guidelines, how to calculate net carbs, what to drink and eat (and not), how to avoid side effects, get tools to track your progress and much more!

During the first week of the Gluten - Free Challenge you will be introduced to the basics of the Gluten - Free Diet, science of Gluten and learn how to ease-in into the new way of eating. You will receive comprehensive list of foods you can eat (and shouldn’t!) and get tips how to upgrade your cooking skills to fit Gluten - Free lifestyle. In addition, you will be introduced to the habit building science and as part of it, learn to identify the cues that trigger your temptations for unhealthy foods. With help of few simple rules, we will show you how to define a solid action plan for success.

In the second week you will learn more about Gluten - Free nutrition and will be introduced to the powerful strategies that will allow you to stay on track with your goals. We will look deeper into different actions and tools that will help to test Gluten and escalate your results. As the week advances, you will get to apply more behavioural science methods to ensure success of your new Gluten - Free lifestyle.

The last week of the challenge is focused on making sure you can sustain the Gluten - Free Diet once the Challenge is over. You will get to try a strict macro tracking to test how your body and mind reacts to the more advanced Gluten - Free strategies. In the end of the week you will suddenly find yourself in a better shape, notice a clearer skin, less fatigue, stubborn weight, thinning hair, low libido, irregular periods, gas, bloating and brain fog through the days.

Absolutely. The program is designed for 21 days to help you develop new healthy habits and see transformations take place, but if you can only do 7 or 14 days then that is better than none! Each of the shopping lists and recipes are split up into separate weeks so you can start with 7 days and keep going if you're feeling motivated!

If you have personal engagements or prefer to fly solo, you can self-pace yourself! You'll have continued access to the 21 Day Gluten Free Program for as long as you keep your membership, so you can easily refer back to your favorite yoga flows and recipes when you need a little pick-me-up!

Yes, absolutely! The program is designed to be guided, but you can also self-pace yourself. We recommend blocking out 21 days where you can fully commit to the program to feel its true benefits. Try to pick a time when you don't have a lot of social engagements.

Every day there are 3 simple meals to prepare (some of which can be prepared in bulk earlier in the week). There is also a 10 minute or 40-minute yoga class (or 10-minute stretch class if you prefer) and a short mindfulness video. You can invest as much or as little time as you have during these 21 days.

Yes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, can enjoy the 21 Day Gluten Free Meal Plan.

The program has been designed to be gluten-free, highly nutritious, with a great balance of alkalizing greens, proteins and healthy fats. The primary program has been designed as dairy free, but we always provide a dairy option for those that do well on dairy.

To get the most out of this program we recommended sticking to the meal plan diligently, avoiding consuming any additional dairy, processed grains, refined sugars, alcohol, black tea and coffee. The 21 Day Gluten Free Program meal plan is designed to keep your hunger pangs at bay and satiated throughout the 21 day period. If you feel peckish, we recommend avoiding snacking on fruit and opting for a small handful of activated nuts, carrots or any leftovers from the meals prepared.

You will need a blender for the program. A juicer is optional. We have done our best to keep costs down and have not chosen expensive ingredients for the shopping list. We also encourage you to buy in bulk and use the weekend as your main shopping day, ideally at your local farmers' market where you can find the freshest and most nutritious produce.
