The 3-Week Curriculum in a nutshell

As soon you sign up to the Challenge, you will receive a comprehensive Challenge Guide and Recipes book, that allows you properly prepare for the start! You will find info on the challenge guidelines, how to calculate net carbs, what to drink and eat (and not), how to avoid side effects, get tools to track your progress and much more!

During the first week of the sugar detox Challenge you will be introduced to the basics of the sugar, science of sugar craving and learn how to ease-in into the new way of eating. You will receive comprehensive list of foods you can eat (and shouldn’t!) and get tips how to upgrade your cooking skills to fit lifestyle. In addition, you will be introduced to the habit building science and as part of it, learn to identify the cues that trigger your temptations for unhealthy foods. In the second week you will learn more about nutrition and will be introduced to the powerful strategies that will allow you to stay on track with your goals. As the week advances, you will get to apply more behavioural science methods to ensure success of your new healthy lifestyle.

The last week of the challenge is focused on making sure you can sustain the Diet once the Challenge is over. You will get to try a strict macro tracking to test how your body and mind reacts to the more advanced strategies. No. While The 21-Day Sugar Detox may be lower in refined carbohydrates than a standard diet, it includes carbohydrates from select grain, fruit and vegetable sources depending on your plan and modifications.

No. The 21-Day Sugar Detox is not a Ketogenic program specifically. You are welcome to follow a very low-carb/Ketogenic approach to the 21 day Keto challenge but the program as-written isn't specifically Ketogenic.

Yes! Pregnant and breastfeeding moms can follow the notes on how to add more 21Days sugar detox friendly carbs to their plates within the program.

Yes! Athletes can follow the notes on how to add more 21 days sugar detox friendly carbs to their plates within the program.

Yes! With some small adjustments for young family members, the 21Day sugar detox is absolutely family-friendly. We don't recommend suggesting dietary limits for children that are beyond simply eating real, whole foods. So, for kids, we typically recommend they enjoy any food you're making on the program, in whatever portions they need, and that they do not limit their whole fruit intake.
