Consultancy provided by a Dietitian without visiting the Clinic, through phone, video calls, skype, mails etc.

5. How can I reschedule an appointment?
Yes you can reschedule an appointment by way of managing the timings with your Dietitian.
6. How will I get the refund for services not rendered?
If a Dietitian is unable to provide you the services you have selected, you will get refund for the same. For getting the refunds always mail us the issue at knowyourfood.in@gmail.com. Our Quality and Assurance Team will validate all the details and initiate refund after 10 working days from the date of issue raised with us.
7. What is the action point if I do not get any call from Dietitian after booking the appointment?
You can always reach out to us at knowyourfood.in@gmail.com or call us at 7827008888 . Our customer support team will help in resolving the issues.
8. After what time I can expect the call, once the appointment is booked?
The Dietitian or their team will contact you within the stipulated time and schedule the appointment.
9. How will I judge if a Dietitian is a Registered Dietitian?
You can visit their profiles and validate the details and make judgement accordingly. Their profile will contain every such information that will assist you in making any decision.
